Return & Exchange Policy

At RichKid Fits, we take pride in curating the finest luxury and streetwear items. Due to the exclusive and high-value nature of our inventory, we enforce a strict but fair return and exchange policy. Please review the following conditions before making a purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

We accept returns or exchanges strictly within 3 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

• The item must be completely unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition you received it.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, including any designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards.

Note: We reserve the right to reject any return that shows signs of wear, odor, or alteration.

2. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and exclusivity reasons, the following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Items purchased during a promotional sale or marked as "On Sale."
• Special pre-order or specifically sourced items requested by the client.
• Items where the security or authentication tag has been removed or broken.

3. Authenticity Guarantee Returns

We stand by the authenticity of every item we sell. If an item is proven to be inauthentic by a recognized and verified third-party authentication service, we will offer a full 100% money-back guarantee, including all shipping costs. This is the only exception to our standard 3-day policy.

4. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

1. Contact us immediately via our Contact Page or send a direct message to our Facebook page.
2. Provide your order number, full name, and the reason for the return, along with clear photos of the item and its tags.
3. Wait for approval from our Client Services team. Once approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the item back to our headquarters in Tabunok, Talisay City.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

Clients are responsible for all return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

6. Refunds and Store Credit

Once your return is received and inspected by our team, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed as Store Credit to be used on future RichKid Fits purchases, unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent).
